Hello, and welcome to my website. My name’s Charlie and this is where I post the kind of articles that I would want to read, so I hope you enjoy reading them too. I am a writer, journalist and streamer based in the UK with an interest stretching from media to monkfish, and I’m enjoying sharing those interests with the world.
I’m an animator according to my university degree, but have been working as a Tabletop Game Developer in recent years. At the same time as getting my degree, I also started Foxglove Productions which produced music videos for local musicians. I’ve always known that my dream job was going to involve bringing joy to people, which explains why I’ve chosen the career path I have. I’ve been credited as a game developer and writer in multiple releases for a variety of different products, with names like Fallout, Elder Scrolls, Agatha Christie, Kung Fu Panda and Conan the Barbarian. After getting experience in the industry and the wider world, I feel like it’s time to strike out on my own and spread my creative wings.
As I continue practicing my writing and other forms of content creation, I hope to include more interests of mine with every passing week. I’m an avid traveller, and have always loved the idea of writing down my adventures, as well as an aspiring fantasy novelist. I have never had issues with writing, but rather with deciding what to write first.
Some other useless information about me for those that skipped to the end: I know a surprising amount about octopi, I’m a vegetarian foodie and I can do a perfect backflip provided no one is watching. If you have any queries or want to contact me about any work opportunities, feel free to get in touch using the links below.
